I was wondering if I could gain a lot of muscle and be a vegetarian at the same time, because I want to be healthier, but I am also trying to gain muscle mass. Can I be a vegetarian and be a body builder at the same time?
Yes..... beans are full of protien.... meat is not the only source of protien... there are plenty more than enough foods that you can get your protien from besides meat.

My brother is a body builder and he would tell you it's much harder to build muscle without the protein meat contains. You could fork out a bit of money and have lots of protein powder as a substitute but hi protein meat is better.
Muscle mass comes usually from protein and that usually comes from meat.Go to a health food or vitamin store and ask them what to do.They may have a protein drink for vegetarians made from whey protein. Can I be a vegetarian and be a body builder at the same time?
You can. In fact vegetables are very healthy for building muscles.
be sure to drink lots of milk and eat legumes like peanuts and walnuts to get your iron and protein.
You can also eat broccoli.
Yeah of course just make sure you're getting high amounts Of protein a day. Protein powder like whey or mass peak are good.
are you stupid?
of course...
vegetarians over all are healthier in every way than ones who eat meat all the time.
