Hey there,

I麓ve been a vegetarian since I was 2, so I know how you feel.

Well, it depends what kind of food you like. An easy option is to buy frozen vegetarian foods. Morning Star Farms has very good food. Most supermarkets have at least something.

Another option, if you are adventurous: fresh mozzarella, green beans, and potatoes with pesto. Buy the mozzarella, cook the green beans, Boil the potatoes until soft. Put on a plate and add sauce.

Lentils are another great food. Just google instructions.

Burritos: take a tortilla, spread refried beans on it. Then add any of the following: shredded cheese, corn, olives, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, rice, etc. Fold each side over. Microwave until completely hot, start with 1 min. add sour cream if you want.

Feel free to email me if you need other ideas.

:)

Try Quorn stuff with salad. Quorn have loads of yummy, quick and easy vegetarian dinner foods, like veggie burgers or fillets. Completely vegetarian but with as much protein as a dish with chicken or beef, and most only take about 20 minutes to cook, just throw 'em in the oven n chop up some lettuce while you're a-waiting : )Looking for some very easy and not to time consuming vegetarian dishes?
