How much exercises should you do a day, and what exercises should you do?
Are the protein milkshakes any good? If so, is one a say ok? Are there any 'best' flavours, which do a better job, or are they just as good?A good vegetarian six pack diet?
Having a six pack has more to do with cardio and core work outs than anything else. I can't recommend a vegetarian diet, but I can tell you that if you run 4 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and work your core muscles aggressively, than you will have a 6 pack in a month. I suggest buying a exercise ball and researching advanced core exercises. They aren't easy to learn, but will yield the results you want. Everyone has a 6 pack, its just a matter of reducing your body fat.A good vegetarian six pack diet?
Eating a healthy low-fat diet, lots of fruit, steamed vegetables and water will pretty much do it. If you have abs then daily crunches and some aerobic type exercise. I like to make all natural smoothies instead of milkshakes. There are foods, by the way, that actually BURN fat. Check out the report below, I think you'll find it interesting.
