Best fillers- fiber and protein. You're lacking adequate protein as a vegetarian- do some research on protein sources that contain all the amino acids your body needs. i think eggs and whey protein are included in that category.

Try getting some more protein in your diet. Beans are an excellent source of protein, so are nuts.
