i do eat egg and dairy products. Since the rest of my family isnt vegetarian preferably food that is already in my house, not veggie-meat. Also food that i don't need to heat up, and can be made very quickly because i don't have that much time in the morning.
THANKS :DWhat are some Vegetarian lunches I can make quickly before school, with regular ingredients?
Sometimes i prefer vegetarian food but i get very bored of the same thing. Here are some things that i have for lunch, some may require a bit more effort to make:
-a vegetable wrap - things like peppers and onions fried up and made eaten cold
-Cold pizza - either make it or buy it
-Cheese and onion sandwich
-Cheese Straws - good for a side
-Jam sandwich - easy to make
-Panini - cheese tomato and basil may be eaten cold
-Cereals - good if you have a place to wash up
-Spring rolls - can be made the night before
-Hummus and pita
-Chinese fried rice with vegetables
-Panini - it can be eaten hot or cold

you can just grab a yogurt, make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or put cheese on bread. That's what I like to eat for lunch in school.
Make a pb%26amp;J and bring some carrot sticks along with it. Or bring a vegetarian instant soup (if there's a microwave handy where you eat lunch), or pack a salad. What are some Vegetarian lunches I can make quickly before school, with regular ingredients?
You can make fried rice with egg. It's quick and easy.
Peanut butter's always a good choice, and it only takes a few minutes to make
You have a lot of good suggestions here. maybe make your lunch the night before so you won't have to hurry.
