What are your favorite vegetarian meals?

I'm a vegetarian (not vegan) and I would like to try some new meals. Suggetions can be for at home or a school since I'll probably be packing my lunch most of the time. I don't really want anything that has "fake" meat. 10pts to best answer! What are your favorite vegetarian meals?

Just a fast little mealWhat are your favorite vegetarian meals?
Not a vegetarian but the lasagna is good a lot of non meat meals are good
tofu taco salad.

i fry up the tofu in very small pieces w/ vegetable oil.

then, once i think its done (depnends how im feeling) i take it out of the pan and put in on a little plate with paper towels to blot out excess oil. then, while still hot, i put taco seasoning on it.. just enought to cover. no more, no less. then i mix that up.

i cop up some lettue, add some cheese, (other taco seasionings) and put in a bowl and tada! also, i sometimes put hot suace on.What are your favorite vegetarian meals?
Thai Vegetable Red Curry. Awesome stuff. I am not a vegetarian, but Thai Red Curry Dishes are so good that its just as tasty with or without the meat.
Vegetarian pizza, salads, baked potatoes, veggie sandwiches (think Subway), A big baked omelet, flavored with garlic, basil and rosemary, gets a crisp topping of thin-sliced fried sweet potato
I enjoy the wholesome goodness of fresh carrots at every meal.
im sure they make veggie pizza and burgers and all that stuff. but come on just eat some regular pizza and burgers its so good and just burn off the fat
You can try something that i call a veggie wrap. You take a tortillia round bread thing and put white cheese inside of it and toast it until the cheese melts. Then you can add everything you would put inside of a veggie sandwich. I usually put mayo, ketchup, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato's, onions, a thin slice of pickle, green pepper, and salt%26amp;pepper. Lastly, you roll up the tortilla and your veggie wrap is ready to eat! (You can add more stuff inside, and if you don't eat cheese, it still tastes great without it too!)
