My vegetarian friend wants to start eatting meat how to start her off?

Shes been a vegetarian her whole life and now she wants to eat meat shes never thought eating meat was wrong she just grew up not eating meat. But now she can't seem to eat it every time she try's to swallow she feels like throwing it up and ideas on how to get her started eating meat?My vegetarian friend wants to start eatting meat how to start her off?
in small amounts, very gradual. perhaps it would be wise to start with non powerful red meats but light meats such as fish or even small amounts of chicken. perhaps with the adition of vegetable gravy and vegies. dont surve large amounts other wise it make shock the person. keep in mind the the adult human only truly needs about 30g of meat per/day, as this is the heathy amount for the kidneys to break down. many people over eat meat so a person who is a vegitarian and never eaten meat should staart of with less than 30g; so a very very smmall amount.
Perhaps if she tries eating meat which is quite tender it will be easier for her to get down. Small bites may also help. Maybe like small bites in a soup, or in a marinara sauce. Sandwiches with a thin slice of deli meat to go with all the vegs' and some cheese. My vegetarian friend wants to start eatting meat how to start her off?
Since human bodies are not good at digesting meat and she has lost a lot of the enzymes needed she may not be able to. Why would she want to eat corpses anyway? It is not going to get better. I tried last year and just couldnt keep it down.
Small amounts...try fish if shes never had it (some vegetarians eat fish for some reason) its very light and easy to keep down.My vegetarian friend wants to start eatting meat how to start her off?
I was vegan for three years but not my whole life. When I went back to meat I just jumped right in; the first thing I ate was lamb, but I think it was organic. Try avoiding red meat, which can be particularly nauseating to those not accustomed to it. Also, for a long time after being vegan I could not eat meat that was heavily processed or had any antibiotics, hormones or unhealthy additives in it. Try having her eat very small portions of organic, vegetarian-fed, free-range meat along with a healthy, balanced meal. If she has also not eaten fish before, maybe start her off with that first. Another thing that can help with digestion and nausea are enzymes, which you can buy at most health food stores.
with pasta in a tomato sauce but not much
