A few days ago, I became a vegetarian. However, the last few days, I've been feeling dizzy after eating. Sometimes I become really cold for a period of time, or become a little nauseated after meals. Is this normal? Am I eating enough? Do I need more carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins? Is this condition normal when switching to a vegetarian diet?
It sounds more like your coming down with something, or having an allergic reaction to something new in your diet. This website, run by the Mayo Clinic, has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.
Vegetarian diet: How to get the best nutrition

If you don't feel better soon go see your doctor.
Are you still eating protein? A lot of people become vegetarian without having a proper diet - they just cut out all meat and eat everything else. Or, if you eliminate all forms of carbs (not just bad carbs) then that in itself can cause dizziness. You should talk to a nutritionist about the proper diet. Without us knowing what you're eating, there's no way for someone to properly answer your question. Just make sure that you're substituting another form of protein for the meat. There are some excellent "wanna be" meats out there as well as other soy products. Is this condition normal when switching to a vegetarian diet?
That isn't normal in any experiences I've had. I don't know if you're eating enough without first describing how much you eat. Nor would I be able to help you with what you diet might lack.
Do you feel you are not eating enough and aren't getting enough nutrients in what you eat? Make sure to take a multi-vitamin and other supplements and eat a little more.
Here is a good list of foods to include in your diet to keep you balanced and healthy:

i don't think is normal, go see a doctor. You have to tell us what you eat so we know at least if you are eating enough or if you are missing some vitamins you need, but in any case the 'condition' not normal. Is this condition normal when switching to a vegetarian diet?
You're probably not getting enough iron or protein, or both.
To get more iron: eat leafy green veggies like spinach and/or take an iron supplement
To get more protein: eat more beans, nuts, seeds, soy, dairy, eggs, etc.
Make sure to eat enough iron and protein. (It's easiest to just make sure you eat a bit at each meal)
Then you'll be good to go.
Good luck!
you probably ate something bad, so eat as many cooked foods as possible.
