How to be a vegetarian and not feel hungry all the time?

I'm tired of feeling *blah* from eating the foods I eat. I'd like to feel fresh and energetic. What is a vegan's lifestyle like? Do they have to focus on food a lot to make sure they're eating the right things and the right amounts and getting full? Then doing it all over again, day after day? Do they need to be creative, willing chefs to satisfy their own obscure food needs? How to be a vegetarian and not feel hungry all the time?
Hi!

If you want to feel alive, eat foods that are living and unprocessed.

Vegan and vegetarian are two very different ways of eating and worldviews.

Focus on combinations of food in order to get synergistic nutrients from vegetarian foods. Really nice combinations are tempeh/tofu and noodles, basmati rice and pink lentils, brown rice and brown lentils, chickpeas and buckwheat.

There's plenty of vegetarian restaurants around these days. And it's easy to learn how to cook good fun meals. I don't think it's that hard.

To answer your headline question: the way to be a vegetarian and not feel hungry all the time is to eat plants and wholefoods. The fibre in them absorbs water and toxins and fills you up while it cleans you out. Just eat whatever plants you like and enjoy.

If you want some guides to vegetarianism and veganism I've included some reference books:
There are many things a vegetarian can eat. Really, meat isn't that hard to avoid and there are tons of options especially if you're only a vegetarian. Just eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. More pasta is a good way to get full and provides energy, but to be healthier buy the whole grain kind as it will give you more energy and will help with healthy digestion. Since you can eat cheese, you can add it to your pastas and veggies to fill you up more too. There are also delicious replacements for meat that can be just as filling and more full of energy because of less sodium, cholesterol, fat, and calories, which can tire you out and store itself as fat. More sleep would obviously help with the energy issue as well. Maybe consider drinking tea? Tea can be very good for you in moderation and supply a good amount of caffeine to keep you awake and not so blah. I'm a vegan and I just eat a great amount of veggies, pasta and some fruits. I also love almond milk for drinking and baking and soy milk for cooking. There are also replacements for cheese and ice cream. Being a vegan is an easy task for me but its different for different people. I hope I helped! How to be a vegetarian and not feel hungry all the time?
To gain energy make sure you take loads of vitamins especially if your thinking about becoming a vegan. And yes they get full. You just have to eat meat substitutes like boca burgers and tofu. They don't focus that much...they just eat when they're hungry. You just have to make sure your balancing your foods and getting exercise. =] Hope I helped.
i didnt feel any different after quiting meat and then 10 years later i quit eating dairy and boy i felt a change right away my energy level doubled.
