Any tips on Easy Healthy meat dishes he can whip up with just a few fresh ingredients? (That would mostly be handy at home?) And Also.. what are cooking times for meat when cooking for just one person? what types of meat are the healthy meats?Vegetarian that has to cook meat?
Turkey seems to be the most wanted meat for healthy people. Go with that.
Marinade meats first, it tastes better the longer it marinades.
Grill steaks, chops on the grill if you have one.
Pork chops cooked, not matter if you grill or pan fry: cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes a side for smaller ones.
Larger thick cut ones with take about 6-7 minutes per side.
Steak: Rare: 4 minutes a side
Medium: 5 minutes a side
Well done: 8-9 minutes a side.

A george Foreman grill might be handy to cook single portions. You can get larger pices such as turkey breast, beef or chicken breasts or fish and cut them into serving size portions and keep the rest in the fridge/ freezer or cook them all of and use for salads, hash or sandwiches.
