What are some daily vitamin/mineral supplements I need, as a vegetarian to stay healthy?

How many times a day/week do I need it? Also I heard vegetarians need vitamin B-12. Is this true? I'm not sure how often I'm supposed to have it either. Help! What are some daily vitamin/mineral supplements I need, as a vegetarian to stay healthy?
If your eating a balanced diet you don't need any suppliments, but a one-a-day never killed anyone. This website, run by the Mayo Clinic and has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.

Other than a multivitamin, I take B12 tablets which are just found with other vitamins in the grocery or drug store.
One steak a day will do. Since cows eat grass, you get all the necessary veggies vitamins....and more in a juicy steak !
