you may need to do more than walking like cardio (areobics or elliptical traininer) and light toning. I was a vegetarian too and it wasnt all about eating only fruits and veggies your body likes to store fat so you gotta exert more energy than a 15 minute walk a day to see results :)
i heard that if u jump rope rele fast for one month for ten minutes a day and eat healthy u can loose 10 pounds in one month good luck

Increase your walking time and intensity,add other form(s) of exercise, drink more water, and add more fiber to your diet.
Ya eat meat and work out more. Docs recommend a minimum of 30-60 minutes 5 times a week, including weights %26amp; cardio. You were designed to eat meat. You need it to build muscle, to burn fat. You may put on weight, but your waist will shrink %26amp; your body composition will improve. Work out %26amp; join the rest of the human species.

Walking 15 minutes a day is not enough. I usually run for half an hour every day, and the weight is still going pretty slowly, but it's going steadily. Try jogging for 20-25 minutes a day.
