With the combo of eating healthy excercising 3 to 4 times weekly, being a vegetarian, and taking vitamin B12?

and drinking green tea and a decent amount of water on a daily basis help me lose weight? I do not eat fried food, or meat, i do eat sugar but not much, and I rarely ever eat more then 2,000 calories..in fact usually it is less than 2,000 around about 1,500. I am not a heavy person by any means but i do have problem areas just like anyone. but seems like i have been eating and exercising like this since i can remember and my weight will not change!!! i have toned up .. but im wondering why sometimes my weight goes up and then will end up coming back to the same weight i have been since i was 17?? thanksWith the combo of eating healthy excercising 3 to 4 times weekly, being a vegetarian, and taking vitamin B12?
im thinking that you're one problem could be the vegeterian part, when you dont eat meat you dont get much protein. the three things your body uses for energy are carbs (complex/good carbs being in veggies, fruit, meat and whole grains), than theres protein(meat and such), and of course the last would be sugars and fats and such. you are only getting one of these, which would be from the veggies. this is fine, if you want to lose weight attempt to add some whole grains (if there are none) and eat them for breakfast for more energy, and take protein pills in order to help over calorie burn and muscle gain, which also means fat loss. ta da XD
