I am considering going back to being a vegetarian, but why does it seem harder this time?

I felt healthier being a vegetarian but I am finding it very hard going back to being a vegetarian, mostly because I think I need more recipies. How can I slowly cut out meat/chicken?I am considering going back to being a vegetarian, but why does it seem harder this time?
There are many great cookbooks available. I know my local book store has 5 or 6 shelves filled with veg*n recipe books. You can also modify old recipes that included meat, and make them vegetarian. For example, make tacos with rice/tvp/lentils/etc instead of group beef.

If you want to transition slowly, then set a time frame. Be sure you are committed, as slow progression can sometimes lead to procrastination(ie- I'll eat chicken just one more week, and so on). Use this time to build up your vegetarian recipes, and find new favorite dishes.

Variety really helps. When I first became a vegetarian I didn't know very many recipes. I ate a lot of the same meals for the first few weeks. I slowly gathered different recipes, and now I rarely ever eat the same meal in a month.I am considering going back to being a vegetarian, but why does it seem harder this time?
Change is painfull you're litterally screwing your insides and brain and eventually you either break or change. All right you need to eat more vegetables think about salats, potatos fried, boiled ect. you see the more you eat of them the lessyou are going to think about meat.It simply doesn't go with meat..........but most of the work is up to you and your will.I am considering going back to being a vegetarian, but why does it seem harder this time?
Because meat tastes good! There's a reason we have incisors. To tear meat. We are biologically made to eat it!
