I eat two times a week. I don't eat any meat at all like chicken, fish, or just meat at all. I take vitamins everyday. I work out everyday mostly sometimes I'll rest for a day when I'm sore. I'm 17 years old. I use to weigh about 230 now I weigh 170. I get pretty drunk as well usually on the weekends. I ONLY drink hard liquor though. I know it's not too good, lol. But I was wondering considering the lifestyle that I live is it bad that I only eat 2 times a week?Is it bad to only eat two times a week? ( I'm Vegetarian )?
Are you serious? How many calories do you consume per week? If you're not eating meat, then probably not enough to compensate for the days you don't eat. You're starving yourself. Also, the alcohol is going to cause serious damage, especially if you drink it on days that you don't eat.
If you only eat twice a week, especially as a vegetarian, you have a huge chance at becoming malnourished and not getting the essential nutrients you need to SURVIVE. Your metabolism will slow down and every leaf of spinach you eat will turn into fat because your body is so desperate to horde any bit of energy since you would be eating SO little. Our bodies for thousands of years have eaten all day long. Every 2-3 hours we would eat a small amount of food. Mostly plants, nibble as we walked along the plains of Africa. When we eat 3 times a day, our bodies are always hungry. Eat two times a week, the body is constantly STARVING. Organs, muscles, and other tissue get less and less. Now add alcohol, no meats, workout daily where you are sore, and you are going to end up in a hospital.
Right...go ahead and keep slowly starving yourself and depriving your body of necessary nutrients.
Yeah, well I feel uncomfortable with having to do chores-that doesn't mean we shouldn't do them anyway.

u r in growing age so ate proper food thats does'nt matter it will be only vegetarian if veg is less in nutrition how horse will get such awesome power
better try to start with light veg meal 3 times a day and than shift to normal heavy veg meal
2 times a week makes ur physical growth slow and try more dairy products
What, so just two meals a week? Or two days of proper meals a week? You would be better spreading that food out across the whole week (and then some). You may be feeling happy that you've lost that weight, but you're on a slippery slope health-wise.
Even though you are not underweight yet, you are engaging in anorexic behavior. This is very unhealthy for the body. You need mental health help.
two times a week?? I'm no doctor, but you should eat 3 times a day! It doesn't matter if you're a vegetarian, you should be able to find food and eat 3 meals a day!
That is not enough at all!!! You need 2,000 calories (even more if you're working out a lot!) and sufficient nutrition every single day!!
