I have Celiac, and waited for a long time to become a vegetarian, because I was worried that I would have nothing to eat, since I can't have gluten either. Now I'm taking the plunge! What restaurants have good food with my dietary restrictions? Nationwide chains or in Colorado.What is a good nationwhide chain restaurant that has good gluten free vegetarian food?
Olive Garden has one thing on their menu that is both gluten free and vegetarian--penne pasta with marinara(they use rice pasta, be sure to ask for the gluten free menu, and specify that you need gluten free) their salads are gluten free assuming you say NO croutons and I dont know for sure about the dressing. I know it has parmesan, so I dont eat it. But I did ask for olive oil/vinegar which works fine.
If you have a P.F Changs around they have some gluten free/vegetarian menu items
Red Robin has a gluten free menu too. I have had the rice bowl(I asked for no butter) and steamed veggies with no reaction.What is a good nationwhide chain restaurant that has good gluten free vegetarian food?
