How can a vegetarian lose 10 pounds in a month?

I'm a vegetarian and I'd trying to lose about 10 pounds. I'm 5'5 and weigh 125 lbs, my ideal weight is about 115. I've been working out about 3/4 times a week with cardio and strength training and I'm trying to eat healthier. Is there a special diet I could go on that isn't going to make me gain weight after it's over? Any specific exercises to do?

since you dont eat meat youll need some protein so try eating eggs or drinking a protein shake before you workout.

workout everyday for 30 mins
