What can i do to lose weight and be a vegetarian at the same time?

its very difficult to lose weight and be a vegetarian at the same time because im told that losing weight includes eating meat but i dont eat meat. is there anything else i can do or substitute for meat?What can i do to lose weight and be a vegetarian at the same time?
That is a lie: you can only lose weight by eating meat. Yes, there is just about a substitute for EVERY meat product, trust me. Check out your local grocery store; you'd be surprised on the amount of "meatless meats". You can get just about anything from meatless chicken breast to meatless lunch meats, breaded burgers, hot dogs, sausages and just about everything else.



What you should be worried about is the opposite. By becoming vegetarian, you often lose weight because you don't eat as much meat. Take your transition as slow as you need to and definitely check out the meatless substitutes, most of them are very good and taste next to the real thing.



Also, search up vegetarian recipes. You'll be amazed on what you can find. There's hundreds of easy-to-make healthy meals that can not only help you lose weight but are filling and absolutely delicious too.

from a persnal trainer point of view this is a good way to loose weight, but if u got $ buy some vegatarian bsed protein powder or you might develope problems
