What should I not eat if I become vegetarian?

I have thought of becoming vegetarian for a long time, but lately I have been thinking about it more. So what I'd like to know is if I became vegetarian, what foods can I not eat at all? I mean I obviously know meat, but what else?

Thank you. What should I not eat if I become vegetarian?
Really we should not eat anything that comes from animals these days.

The first problem is that in order to get what we want from animals, it has to be mass produced so they feed them and inject them with things that we would never put in our bodies and because those elements are still there, we consume them as well hence the rise in diseases like cancer. Plus we eat the cancerous flesh of other animals.

Secondly its unbelievably cruel the type of pain and suffering we put these creature through to get the most of them and keep the chain going.

So it includes all diary products and anything containing diary. Milk, cheese, butter, etc. You need to check the packaging a lot because AI many things contain diary. Fish can be ok if they're sustainably sourced. It's a blue tick or summat blue to show this (haven't eaten fish in a while and I can't remember). That's about it.

Incidentally nay sayera may talk about protein and calcium but you get a far better quality of protein and calcium from beans, grains, nuts and leafy vegetables.

You will actually feel noticeably much better in about 2 weeks. But make sure you look up various recipes to make sure you're getting everything you need.
There is a difference between vegetarian and vegan. Vegetarians usually eat some animal products like dairy and eggs. Some may even eat fish. Vegans do not eat any animal products at all. They eat strictly plant based foods.

You can still have many of your favorite sauces like for pasta. Just leave out the meat in spaghetti sauce. Add things like sauteed mushrooms, onions, and green peppers instead. You can even make sloppy joes using cooked lentils instead of meat.

Do not limit yourself to just the produce aisle or you will lose out on protein and other nutrition sources. Good vegetarian based proteins are dry beans and legumes (including hummus, soy, tofu, and lentils), seeds, nuts and nut butters like peanut butter. Use whole wheat grain products for things like rice, pasta, breads, and cereals. These have more nutrition than regular white grains. Experiment with different types of squash for variety. What should I not eat if I become vegetarian?
So your not going to be eating fish and chicken and stuff like that unless your a semi vegetarian which means you eat fish and chicken but not pork, lamb .etc. You won't be eating some pastas for e.g Spaghetti Bolognese because that has got minced beef and you can't eat Spaghetti and Meatballs obviously its in its name MEATballs and are you gonna become a vegan because that means your eating just plant based you do not eat any animal based food at all so thats all i can think of at the moment hope i helped
I eat only 100% raw, organic and vegetarian, which for me means eating nothing that breathed or had a face or that comes from something that has a face or breathes. If it didn't grow from the ground and had to be harvested and isn't raw I don't eat it. I didn't feel as good as a vegetarian until I went 100% raw. What should I not eat if I become vegetarian?
