In the beginning, some people do fall off the wagon. That happened to me when I gave up eggs, and when I gave up milk to be vegan. It happens.

See if there's a vegetarian alternative for what you ate (faux-meat, such as gardein, may help), and eventually you'll lose the temptation. Don't worry if you cave in a few times, eventually it'll stop. When you're becoming vegetarian is normal to have "incidents" with meat?
It takes time lose our cravings and tolerance for meat. Becoming vegetarian, for most, isn't an over night job. Take it meal by meal. Think about the horrible ways animals are being slaughtered and also about the hormones, chemicals, antibiotics, and diseases you can be ingesting by eating meat. If that doesn't turn you off to meat real quick, then I don't know what will. When you're becoming vegetarian is normal to have "incidents" with meat?
Depends on what your reasons were for changing to this lifestyle. Animal rights or health reasons. Most people who switch for animal rights won't touch a thing;casserole, stew, mixed food dish until they know exactly what is in it. Tempted not even being in their vocabulary. However, unintentionally eating meat,It has happened many times,I'm sure. Especially when dining out, where ingredients are rarely listed on menus. And often times the servers don't know what's in them either.
Yeah, Its fine. Being vegetarian is a choice, so if you have a small amount of meat its not the end of the world, but try not to do it often, because your a vegetarian!!

Hope this helped and good luck!! :)
