This is really all I have time for during my day. I'm a vegetarian so I already eat a pretty healthy diet. I'm just looking to overall tone my legs, shed fat off of my sides (love handles, basically), and flatten my stomach. Is this good enough to start out?Is jumping rope 200 times a day good enough for a cardio exercise?

Cardio for 20 minutes a day along with weight training should get you into shape in 4-6 weeks.
