Will being a vegetarian stunt my growth rate?

I've been a vegetarian for about 6 months, Im a 17 1/2 year old male. Are there any supplements I should be adding to my diet? I'm still eating fish and tofu a few times a week for protein. Will being a vegetarian stunt my growth rate?
No, being a pescatarian will not stunt your growth.

Though there is of course the caveat that it depends on what you eat. If all you eat is fish and cake, you won't be healthy. No different than if all you ate was bacon and cake, or tofu and cake.

And no, you don't need any supplements as you are still eating meat. (Even if you weren't, you still wouldn't need supplements, but there would be some things that you might wish to pay more attention to.)
You're not a vegetarian if you're eating fish. Fish are animals and therefore their muscles count as meat if you eat them. Tofu is 100% vegan and absolutely amazing if cooked right, and if you're only eating fish for protein, STOP IT NOW! Eat walnuts, tofu, and leafy green veggies for protein, not fish. And then you can say you're a true vegetarian.

As far as stunting your growth, yes it will stunt your horizontal growth, as a proper vegetarian diet lacks almost all the cholesterol, saturated fat, and trans fat that is in a meat eater's diet. As for your vertical growth it should not be affected at all.

Supplements, I'd suggest a B Complex vitamin until you learn to balance out your nutrient intake without rotting animal corpses on your plate. After you're good at it, there's not really any need to take any nutritional supplements at all. Will being a vegetarian stunt my growth rate?
No. In fact, ever since I became a vegetarian I began growing even faster. It's because I started paying more attention to nutrients because everyone gets all worried that you won't get all the vitamins and minerals, but I began actually fulfilling the requirements when I went vegetarian. So I don't think you need any supplements, I'm sure you're growing just fine.
no. vegetarians get more vitamins and minerals than people on the sad diet

vegetarians don't have to buy extra vitamins and minerals. you could purchase total cereal so you would be getting whole grains and a multivitaminWill being a vegetarian stunt my growth rate?
No. You aren't really a vegetarian if you eat fish, BTW.

You will most likely grow normally unless you have a growth hormone deficiency or some other health problem
Absultely not. You can take a mult-vitamin if you wish, but if you eat plenty of fruits and veggies you shouldn't need to. (Unless a doctor tells you to take them.) As for protein, just keep eatin' that tofu! :)
a vegetarian who eats fish a few times a week.

repeat 11th grade please.
I doubt it... I've been a vegetarian or vegan since I was like 8 and I am now 17 and not (that) short... 5'4"... but I don't think my diet affected that.
Well, you're not a vegetarian if you eat fish. :/

But no, it won't.
Might make you grow more....
